When I woke up later than usual, I felt my tiredness fade away, giving way to freshness and a new mood. Deciding to pamper myself, I went to the kitchen to make myself a delicious breakfast. Brewing a flavored coffee and making avocado toast, I sat by the window, watching the world wake up. People were rushing about their business, but I was enjoying a rare moment of peace. Then I did my makeup

This morning rest gave me strength and a boost of energy for the day. I realized how important it is to slow down sometimes, allow myself to rest, and take care of my well-being.
