

Today I went for a long walk and managed to do 10 minutes of pilates! I know I’ve had literal covid but not working out is really hard on mental health. It’s something that really helps keep me sane. Hopefully I haven’t lost all my ass muscle lol. Looking forward to a new year of training harder than ever 💪 Also blessed to be feeling better today. It still comes and goes in waves though and I’m pretty tired after my walk 😴
