Added 2022-06-02 21:01:27 +0000 UTCBritish GT Silverstone 500 - ANOTHER ONE THAT GOT AWAY! 7th - 8th of May Saturday 7th - Free Practice + Qualifying For the Silverstone 3hr Race both drivers qualifying is combined to create the starting possition - Resulting in P13 Sunday 8th - RACE DAY 3hr RACE - Starting P13 on the grid Morgan had a mega start and brought the car in to the pits in P1 and the end of his first stint. At the first scheduled pitstop unfortunately the fire extinguisher went off during the driver change, this didn’t prevent us from continuing and Marcus was able to maintain the race lead for a further 1hr. At the 2nd scheduled pitstop all went seemingly well until the car would not restart………… every effort was made to get the car to start but being 5 laps down a decision was made to retire the car and that was the end of the race for us. Next Race - Donington 28th - 29th of May - Again, let's hope for better luck! Photos by Jakob Ebrey
