Spaghetti with veggies, mushrooms, and beyond meat, & some vegan parmesan!!! Jackfruit bbq on garlic bread, with coleslaw, avacado, sauerkraut, and carrot bacon! Falafel with mango, with tumeric tahini dipping sauce!!! All three dishes took Me about 2hrs in total to prep and cook.
