

Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like giving up the diet, quitting your side hustle, going back to our day job…Oh Yeah, I’ve had those days too. I don’t try to hide the fact that things can get TOUGH. But here’s what I do when it ALL gets too much 1. Remember your “why”…you know the reason you started all of this….Keeping your goals in site and staying connected to your purpose can help you stay focused on your goal. I like to visualize myself after having completed my personal goal. Really honing in on how I will feel, that feeling gives me the push to continue on and tackle the day! 2. Set yourself up for success…controlling your environment is one of the things that you actually have a lot of power to do! If I am cutting back on sugar I’m not going to have candy and treats all over the house waiting for me to slip up and devour. Keeping your space free from distractions or putting your phone away for x amount of time so you can get things accomplished are all examples of ways that you can help yourself! 3. Make sure you are taking care of yourself! You can’t pour from an empty glass! Making sure you are fueled properly and your energy/mind is clear is key 🔑! Wether you need to get outside and clear your head and go for a walk/run, take a 10/15 min break, or you are feeling low energy and need a day at the spa to revitalize your vitality. Do those things!
