Every time you say ‘I am’ and then follow it with a word or sentence you’re literally drawing that energy to be connected towards you. So what sort of energy do you want to draw towards you? How do you want to feel? How do you want to be perceived? How do you want to be supported? Every single conversation you have internally and externally is influencing what is manifesting in your world. Everything you are experiencing on a personal level as an external projection of the experience you’re having on an internal level.
