Mounting studies show that spending time outside is good for our mental and physical health, and may be particularly good for our well-being in these uncertain times of increased stress and anxiety. One study in particular concluded that just a minimum of 20 min a day spent in nature can lower stress hormone levels, boost self-esteem and improve mood. Let’s get out there!!
