

B O D Y Taking time to slow down and listen to your body is so important. A lot of times we try to stay busy running around and filling our days. Today I Invite you to take a moment to realize that our bodies are precious, and to start to question why we neglect them on such basic levels so often? A serene mind really is nothing without a healthy body to carry it. So take an hour—yes an hour!—if not longer out of your day a few times a week to care for it. Sleep, eat, rest, meditate or get a massage/acupuncture session. Wind things down. Pay attention.
