I'm doing a push up challenge this month. Anyone want to join me? Personal goal: 50 unbroken push ups Current capacity: 35 unbroken reps Standard: elbows extended at top and in plank position, chest touches the floor at the bottom. Pauses at top are okay. Starting January 1st I will do 20 unbroken push ups. I will add one each day until day 31 I will be on 50 reps. If I'm unable to do the set unbroken that day, I can break it up as much as I want but I need to complete twice the number of reps. For example, on day 5, I need to do 24 unbroken or 48 throughout the day. If you want to do it with me you can start at a lower (or higher) number and increment less often or even do from the knees but keep a plank position. Wish me luck!!
