Added 2021-03-01 10:33:37 +0000 UTCWHY IS MOVING OUT SO HARD😩 either need an accountant, to have been self employed for 12 months or earn enough at my vanilla job to cover the rent (i’m a part time bartender lol) and ain’t nobody taking on a single living, 21 yo ‘self employed’ for 3 months and doesn’t have a business tryna rent their place, they want sarah, john and the kids. like regardless of the proposal to pay the 6months rent in advance as well as the deposit etc, they need paper work i don’t got or need to have atm in the sense of i haven’t made enough to need a tax return yet etc at this point i’m about ready to just be like i do porn and i do it very well, i am my own business and we be poppin! it shouldn’t be this hard😩
