I do content for y’all in REAL time, and (TMI alert if you’re squeamish!) my period ruined some of my plans this week 😩😒 Still bringing you a shower video THIS week, our first live class will happen THIS weekend, and I may have a few never before seen yoga tutorials I can pull out of the archive.
