These can look like swapping the elevator for the stairs at home or work, eating predominately whole foods versus snacking all day long on unhealthy packaged foods, and opting to get in 30 minutes minimum of a physical activity daily. So stay optimistic it’s all going to be better than ever, all you have to do is choose that for yourself.
