

Just casually doing some lunges on a pillar in the water, no big deal. We make fitness fun around here. Although I wouldn’t recommend doing fitness related moves to jeopardize your safety. As for me I like to walk on the wild side a bit. The rush of adrenaline is basically the same as taking a scoop of pre. 😜 On a more serious note static lunges on or off the water are both highly effective. Let’s make a move. It’s grind time.
