The truth is, she loves you, more than anything or anyone in her life. But... she has needs still. Untapped desires remain within her mind and body, which she can not help. Take it from me. I've had them from the beginning too. It’s natural. She tries so hard to convince herself otherwise, like I did. To ignore and deny them to herself, to downplay her truth. For you.. Your sex life together is… pretty good. Well it’s actually great for you. So typical, but her perspective is not yours. Now, it is nothing terrible either at least, she’d say defending you. It could be better, in a number of ways. She knows it’s not fulfilling her as well as her body is telling her it could. For her, the biggest hurdle to solving this issue and strengthening your relationship as a result, is that she doesn’t know how to bring up the subject with you in a manner you’d understand without being offended and hurt, which she doesn’t wish to do. She loves you. So what can YOU do to help her overcome these feelings of longing and guilt? You want to see her happy and present right? Not lost in thought elsewhere. Pleading willful ignorance isn’t a viable option either. Problems allowed to fester for a long time can damage any strong relationship, so fixing that is a top priority. Since she likely can’t broach the subject, you do the heavy lifting and man up. Take that burden off her shoulders. Face the issues and solve this common dilemma together. Break the ice. Tell her your true thoughts and feelings. You want her to be satisfied in every way. Even if that cant be you who gives her the fulfillment she needs. LISTEN to ALL her needs, then work together to build that better life and future. Let her know you’re ready to commit to doing whatever it takes. THAT communication is a gift she’ll always treasure! 💖
