I love training my back for several reasons...and I’ll tell you it doesn’t matter about gender! ?
I feel like everyone wants to build a booty?, tone the legs, get abs. I totally understand that but you could benefit in so many ways by just training your back, like:
❗️ Adds muscle definition (less flab or fat!)
❗️The hourglass/V shape - growing muscle in your back can give off the illusion of a smaller waist (especially if your genetics don’t give you that)
❗️ It can decrease the risk of injury
❗️Improves your posture naturally. Helps back pain and improve balance by strengthening core muscles if you train your back!
