I started to try to quickly find something to wear but the bell rang again. I tightened my towel and ran towards the door “Coming!”. I opened the door and immediately blushed at the handsome man holding the pizza box. “Uh, hey. Delivery for you?” you smiled. “Yeah, sorry I thought I’d have a little more time before you got here. What do I owe you?” You fiddled in your pocket and pulled out the receipt “$19.74”. I turned to grab my wallet, but it wasn’t on the side table where it normally is. “Come in for a second. I think I left my wallet in the room.” You stepped inside and I trotted to the room. I looked under my clothes, on the floor, on my desk; I couldn’t find my wallet anywhere. I realized in that moment that I must’ve left it on the counter at the shoe store. It was past closing, so I wouldn’t be able to collect it until tomorrow. “I’m so sorry, this is so embarrassing. I left my wallet at the mall, so I’ll have to cancel this order. If you stop by tomorrow, I’ll tip you for your time.” You’re staring at my towel and smiling. “Oh, don’t worry about it. You can have this one on me.” You turn to leave and something just comes over me.
