Added 2021-03-10 07:41:13 +0000 UTCmore of my fav leg workouts! lower body workout days are my favorite, hitting them almost 2-3 times a week now versus once a week when i first started working out! 🤬😵💪 i don’t recommend new gym goers to hit any body major body parts more than twice a week, especially if you’re going super hard. your body NEEDS recovery and rest to GROW! listen to your body :)
