



UPDATE: I’ve been on this cut now for 2 weeks, I feel so amazing mentally and physically. I’ve been doing fasted cardio daily for 30 minutes…. Later on the in the day my workout; followed up by my second cardio. This cut is just gonna be to shred down 10lbs. And then we will stabilize my weight and start building more muscle in my legs and my glutes. Me and my new coach does really have a set plan for our next show we’ll see how off season goes.
