

Happy Hump day! It’s beautiful out today went for a long walk this morning got my cardio out of the way! Here’s my workout for the gym later! ✨ RDL 3 sets of 10 ✨ Sumo Squats 3 sets of 15 ✨ Leg press I do 15 with no rest go slow! ✨ Hip Thrust 3 sets of 8 ✨ Finishing the workout with 30 mins on the stair master with a resistance band! 🌟 This is a pretty quick workout and great for targeting glutes.
