Happy Hump day luvs πŸ‘ I hope your week is going well here is a πŸ”₯ workout for your glutes! this is best done in the gym and definitely one of my favorites lately Here it is: ✨ RDL do 3 sets of 12 do these slow and hold at the top ✨ Squats do 3 sets of 8 ✨ Hip Trusts do 3 sets of 10 with little rest time ✨ Cable kick backs do 3 sets of 15 ✨Stair master finish your workout by doing about 30 mins set your speed to a 2 your glutes will be on πŸ”₯ after this workout but this has been one of my favorite set of workouts to do lately. obviously conisitancy is key when it comes to anything to see results so make sure you're being consistent in your workouts try this and let me know how it is! stay peachy πŸ‘
