Late night/early morning workout in my @ofmerch 😉 Didn’t have much time and felt kind of lazy so this is a super quick workout to get a nice pump takes about 20 mins I suggest taking a little bit of time with this meaning doing these workouts slow but consistently enough to where you’re done in 20 mins! This workout requires heavy weights and a resistance band ✨ grab two 20 pound dumbbells do 3 sets of 15 deadlifts as if you were using a bar bell do this slowly! Focusing on your glutes ✨ with your resistance band around your thighs a little bit above the knee do 3 set of 10 squats using a barbell on your shoulders. ✨ this workout requires a leg press I did mine with the weight at 40 pounds bc I want to focus on my glutes for me i use a lower weight on the leg press so that my thighs don’t kick in obviously I feel this in all of my leg but lower weight helps me focus more on my glute rather than hamstrings dominant. Do 3 sets of 12 This workout was quick and easy esp if you’re beginning your workout journey this is a great leg workout it’s not too intense and will train your legs slowly so you can progress with a heavier weight without hurting yourself!
