Here’s a quick workout you can do if you’re in a rush like I was today! ✨ 30 minute on the stair master - Use a resistance band for this each step do a kick back. ✨ Deadlifts- do 3 sets of 15 ✨ Squats - do 3 sets of 10 using heavy weight ✨ Cable kickbacks- do 10 on each leg using 10 lbs This workout should take about an hour or so!
