Here is one of my favorite workouts for booty building! These are best done at the gym! ✨ squats- do 4 sets of 25 ✨dumbbell hip thrusts- do 4 sets of 25 ✨cable reverse lunge - do 3 sets of 20 for each leg ✨ deadlifts- do 4 sets of 15 I get a lot of questions about what what weight to use when doing my workouts and it just depends on where you’re at with your workout journey if you’re a beginner start small and work your way up if you’re someone who has experience and it’s comfortable for you to lift heavy weights then do so! Everyone is different and that is completely okay do what works best for you! I don’t recommend starting with a heavy weight if you’re not used to lifting heavy bc you could injure yourself. Just remember it’s not a competition it’s a personal journey and as long as you’re putting in work that’s all that matters and your results will show based on your consistency and effort 💕 Stay peachy xo 🍑
