It’s finally the weekend!!! Here’s a great upper booty workout! 🍑 This can be done at home or at the gym! What you need: 🍑 Bar bell 🍑 Resistance bands 🍑 Yoga Mat I suggest using weights bc it helps build muscle! ✨ over head kneeling squat - do 4 sets of 20 hold the barbell above your head and go slow when doing these 🔥 ✨squat up downs- do 3 sets of 20 put your weight in your heels when doing these to activate the glute muscles ✨ banded squat pulses- do 4 sets of 15 put the resistance band around your legs make sure your legs are placed wider than your shoulders go slow when doing these as well ✨ over head reverse lunges- do 4 sets of 12 hold the barbell over your head instead of brining your leg forward like in a regular lunge bring your leg back.
