

Hey luv! I hope you had a great day today! I had to take a day off from the gym today bc I was so sore from my workout yesterday! Here’s what I do when I’m sore to help with the pain and discomfort ✨Stretch - this will help loosen any tight muscles ✨Hypervolt massager - this thing is a life saver!! I use this to loosen any tight knots before I get in the bath this is best done at night ✨take a bath - I use Dr Teals epsom salt and bubble bath ✨ REST!!!! It is so important not to over work your body! It is okay to rest and take a day or two to let your body recover. Don’t let this discourage you!! I do this at least once a week and I swear I always sleep like a baby after lol Try this and let me know how it is for you!!!💕
