Hey love! Happy Friday here’s a quick workout you can do today if you’re in a rush like me! I’m gonna be busy this weekend so I won’t have time to make it to the gym so here’s what I do when I have weekends like this (rarely) A quick 30 mins of cardio I like to use the stair master I use a resistance band while on the stair master and each step I do kick back (like you would doing cable kickbacks) At my gym they have studio rooms available for you to go and workout in I like to spend another 30 mins stretching and doing some yoga poses this is SO important and many people skip this but this is gonna help with soreness and muscle growth as well. If your gym doesn’t offer a room where you can do this you can at home! All you need is a yoga mat and some peace and quiet. The yoga poses I do are: ✨ mountain pose ✨ standing forward bend ✨ garland pose (this one might hurt a little if you’re super sore lol) ✨ staff pose ✨ head to knee pose And I finish off with a butterfly pose This actually makes my body feel less tense and I feel super energized for my day Try this and let me know how it goes!
