

Oh my gosh! I can’t wait to tell you about this workout I did! I mean seriously look at the pump! 🍑 This workout is best done in the gym Here it is: ✨ Deadlifts- do 4 sets of 15 I used a 45 pound barbell for these! If you’re just getting started start at a lower weight like 20 pounds and work your way up. ✨ Squats- do 3 sets of 12 I used a 20 pound barbell I like to use a lower weight for these bc I want to be glute dominant when working out legs I find that with a heavier weight My hamstrings and quads are more dominant ✨ Hipabductor machine- do 4 sets of 15 I like to do drop weights for this one meaning I start with a heavy weight and go down from there I start at 55 pounds for the first set go down to 45 for the second set 35 for the third set and end at 25. Also holding at the end of each rep. ✨ Cable kickbacks- do 3 sets of 12 I set the weight to 15 pounds for these. Hold at the end of each rep for these as well.
