

Here’s a fire 🔥 hump day workout 🍑 These are best done at the gym! Unless you have barbells and the equipment you need at your home I would suggest trying these next time you’re at the gym! ✨ Kneeling Squat do 4 sets of 15 This targets the flutes specifically* Hold the weight over your head vs putting a barbell On your back I find this works better. Key is to really emphasize pushing back and don’t thrust forward at the top of the movement ✨Deadlift on Shoulder Shrug Machine do 4 sets of 20 *Keep your toes on plates to keep the weight your heels this helps target and active the glute muscle. I Love using this machine for deadlifts because it allows me to really push back into the movement. You can do deadlifts without the machine as well it just helps a lot with your form if you struggle with deadlifts ✨Seated Good Morning do 4 sets of 20 Your Stance needs to be wide! point your toes out that way you can get more flute activation Keep your range of motion short and concentrated on your glutes ✨ Lying Dumbbell Leg Raise do 4 sets of 15 Try doing these lying on a bench and lowering your leg down behind you to increase range of motion instead of just laying on the ground Try these and let me know how it goes!
