Here are some supplements I take almost everyday And here is why some of these are so important to add to your workout to see results ✨ Whey or plant based protein -This is sooo important esp if you’re someone who struggles with putting on weight this is a great way to do so. Protein helps promote muscle growth! I always have a protein shake after my workouts my gym offers shakes but for gyms that don’t what you can do is bring a shaker with you and put 1 scoop (for women for men do 2) of the protein power you prefer and bring a water bottle and after your workout mix the two together and enjoy! I’ve done this when I didn’t want to spend the money or just when I went to a gym that didn’t offer shakes. For those with vegan diets plant based protein is great too I’ve tried both and love them! ✨ BCAA amino acids - I’ve posted about BCAA before and why I love them but this for me is a MUST esp since I don’t like taking pre workout this is a great alternative! it keeps my energy up and helps me get through my workouts. This is great for muscle recovery and for muscle growth!!! I usually have this during my workout and have a protein shake after my workout is done. just taking these supplements isn’t enough this is to enhance what you’re doing you need to have a healthy diet as well ! Esp if you wanna see gains! I’ll post later this week what I like to eat before and after my workouts! Stay peachy 🍑
