

Here’s a great glute bulking workout! I highly recommend you try this and incorporate into your leg day workout! Don’t forget your BCAA and protein powder! 🍑 Straight leg fire hydrant - do 3 sets of 12 each leg (challenge your self and try these with a medium resistance band 🔥) 🍑 Cable squats- do 4 sets of 10 start by standing with your legs wider than your shoulders (kind of like your about to do a sumo squats) set weight to 10 to 12 pounds when doing these. 🍑 Weighted sumo walks- do 3 sets of 10 start by using a lower weight and see how these work I suggest 15-20 pounds and working your way up. 🍑 Lunge kickback pulse- do 3 sets of 15 each leg (challenge yourself with these too and use a resistance band🔥)
