

It’s a new month! Set new goals for yourself this month. If you’re not seeing results DON’T get discouraged! Remember that consistency is key 🔐 everyones body is different! So take time and put the effort you need to put to achieve the goals you have set for yourself! nothing happens over night. My body took me three years to get to where I’m at and I’m still not done improving! You can’t have your dream body by just scrolling and wishing! get up and do something! Even if it’s 30 mins a day start somewhere and I promise you’ll naturally be motivated to go workout. I used to hate the gym and then I started by doing 30 mins a day and now I go for and hour or more and I love it! Once you start seeing results even if they’re small it feels so good and it’s so motivating! There is no right or wrong way to workout (As long as you’re being safe and not injuring yourself lol) I truly believe everyone’s body is different so do what works for you! I used to feel self conscious about going to the gym bc I felt like people would look at me weird and I couldn’t workout the best thing to do if you feel the same way is bring headphones to the gym and turn the volume up and tune everything else out! It helped me so much. Here are some ideas 💡 for goals you can set for yourself this month! ✨ eating healthier - try meal prepping ✨ Set up a schedule during the week- how many times will you go to the gym during the week ✨ set a schedule each day of the week dedicate a muscle group to each day- example: legs on Tuesday or back on Wednesday.
