

Good morning darling ❤️ Here’s a breakfast smoothie that I LOVE Things you’ll need • Blueberries • Peaches • Flaxseeds • Almond Milk • Vital Proteins Collagen powder • Ice This is a great smoothie to have when you’re in a rush and don’t have time to cook a full breakfast it keeps you full for a couple hours and helps with a boost of energy in the morning 🌞 As I’ve mentioned before in my posts I love to incorporate vital proteins collagen powder in my smoothies once a day. The benefits are great as you get older your body starts to produce less collagen and this is a great way to help your skin from aging It’s also great for your hair and nails this has changed the way my hair is for sure it helps grow my hair faster and has helped with my hair stop falling out too!!!
