If you need something thatβll get you sweaty REALLLLL quick, I promise you: this is it ππ₯΅ You can wear a resistance band to make this workout more intense π₯΅ π§ 0-1 min: level 6 walk π§ 1-2 min: level 7 walk π§ 2-4 min: level 8 side steps (1 min each side) π§ 4-5 min: level 9 backwards π§ 5-6 min: level 12 walk π§ 6-7 min: level 14 double steps π§ 7-8 min: level 18 run π§ 8-9 min: level 7 kickbacks π§ 9-10 min: level 2 cool down I usually repeat it until I hit 35 min lmk how this goes for you! ππ
