Here’s what I drink when I workout 🏋🏽♀️ I always have a protein shaker with me, 2 cold water bottles and BCAAs I mix the BCAAs with the water in the protein shaker before I leave the locker room to workout and drink that instead of water and here is why: 1. It helps give me a energy boost! Which is great for people who don’t like pre workout and that tingling feeling bc you get the same type of boost (atleast for me) without the gross come down. 2. It helps muscle growth! I noticed when I would workout without BCAA it took me almost longer to see results some people don’t agree but for me BCAA helped me a lot in muscle growth! 3. It helps with muscle soreness! It obviously doesn’t get rid of soreness but it definitely does help. Being sore is also a good thing (To a certain extent) bc that means what you’re doing is working. After my workout i always get a protein shake before leaving the gym. If the gym you go to doesn’t offer protein shakes you can bring your own protein powder and a shaker with water and mix that up and have that after your workout too!
