

it’s hump day 🍑 here’s a quick and easy glute workout you can do to get a quick pump ! What you need: Resistance band Stairs Motivation ✨ Put the resistance band around your legs step with your right leg and do a kick back and then step with the left next and do the same. I do this about 3X going up the stairs. Next, I put the resistance band around my leg and do Glute bridges do about 20 X 3 All together this takes about 25-30 mins it’s great for when you’re in a rush! Hope this helps xo ✨
