guys I got CHONKY. there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being any size that makes you feel good, but I have to tell you that I have been spending a lot more time with pizza than at the gym and eating vegetables over the past year. I feel lucky that I have a fairly good metabolism and that my clothes still all fit despite the big deviation from my usual lifestyle. It’s been fun though. I’ve gotten to try so many vegan junk foods that I’ve always avoided and I’ve learned that I can still have them SOMETIMES without doing any real damage. I would say that I have about 7 pounds to lose to get back to where I feel comfortable with my clothes off and feel good in my skin. It shouldn’t be THAT hard to do, right?! I wanted to share my progress with you and any tips that I find along the way. I’m also having a pizza party tonight so 🙃 I refuse to completely deny myself of anything that brings me joy and pizza is definitely one of those things. (note: pizza / all food I mention is always always plant based 🌱)
