

Sometimes it's so important to take time to fully relax and rejuvenate. Today I decided to do just that. I gave myself a real day of tranquility. I started with meditation, allowing my mind and body to relax and release tension. Then I made myself cosy with a book, a cup of aromatic tea and dimmed lights. As I read each page, I immersed myself in other worlds and forgot about time. In the evening, I decided to take a long warm bath with the addition of aromatic oils. This day of total relaxation reminded me how important it is to take care of myself and give myself moments of peace.
