I got it down from like 1hr+ to 53mins the other day, and striving for 45mins today! My goal is to get it down to 35mins if possible for the size and upload. Still got lots to do so wish me luck! In case you're curious, brown = trim down, pink = delete, orange = maybe delete, and the rest are there to stay :)
