Yup, my house and the one behind are being sold... and it's shady as shit. So, this past month, the peeps who "own" the property are trying to sell it... with tenants still living in it and they want to get us out with a LARGE SUM of a few thousand dollars -.- I put "" because the actual landlord is dead and the landlord's kids are fighting over who the property should belong to. It's a whole shitshow. But they have the property on the market. And at least once a week, random people come in to see the houses. We don't even know when their "appointments" are. They just knock on the house and try to see the whole place regardless of whether peeps are still sleeping or if they're busy doing some shit like me trying to film some videos. And today, I guess the real estate agents don't want to come in or something, but the families still do. These families have questions, and we simply just answer them. "I see you have a trap set. Are there rats?" Yup! This is the third one in the last month or so. "Do you have a closet or bathroom in this room?" Nope! It's a den :) "How's the relationship with the owners?" Hahaha, what relationship? And then the agents got mad because we answered the questions. Like wtf you want us to do? We're in the house and peeps are tring to come in while you stay outside. Tf kind of agent is that? Who else is going to answer their questions? Ahhhh anyways, it's a whole thing and there's more to this story like the boyfriend's stepdad wanting to buy the property to fix it up. But there's trying to sell the shitty as place for an expensive price. Nahhh, fuck that. And I think the potential buyers see that too. That's why the property hasn't been sold yet, so they haven't kicked us out yet. And who does the deed actually belong to?... Shady shit, I tell you lolz. Anyways rant over. Just wanted to share wtf is going on and elaborate for those in the stream yesterday.
