Suicide Zero has several events around sweden where you can go and show your support and you can find them here: https://www.suicidezero.se/suicidpreventiva-dagen Suicide is more common than alot of people think, here in Sweden it's very tabuu to talk about suicide and mentalhealth in General which makes the people who suffer stay silent and die silent.
