i'm joining a six week fitness challenge next week, and i'm really looking forward to it! i used to work out because i hated what i saw in the mirror but now i see fitness as a channel to move mindfully, and exercise because i LOVE my body, not because i hate it and i thank my body every day for carrying me through this life and all of my experiences! but i'm also not woo woo enough to say i'm "above" caring about what i see in the mirror, so although my main goal is to have more energy when i wake up in the morning, and to say goodbye to the mid afternoon crashes and the fact that i desire to FEEL GOOD above all else my fitness goals for this challenge are also to decrease body fat, increase muscle mass aka tone up, and of course plump up my 🍑 will y'all support me and keep me motivated so i feel even more confident wearing bikinis + flirting with my camera for ya?!
