

Not an excuse as i don't do excuses but wasn't feeling well for a few days one of the pitfalls of coming down ate some bad chicken UGH so that turned my clean system upside down then you add allergies i got bitch slapped with running to the bath room and sneezing but much better today still kept up my training with bad tired around my head for the about to hurl moment. In any event you suck up and keep going I for got how this works but its like riding a bike you ride too the fall and get back on if and when you do.. Current status ( my look right now) dont weigh in till tomorrow.. anyhow SEXY SAT
