My weight has always fluctuated from thin, to super thin, to mid weight, to hitting over weight… so I’ve been through almost every stage & I can confidently say I’ve been really confident in my body lately and just knowing I’m healthy & strong is the only reason why I am not longer hype fixated on the number of the scale or listening to outside opinions.
