Hello everyone, This is my first mini blog on my morning workout routine at the gym, including cardio and my daily diet. I wanted to share with you all what I do to stay fit and healthy. My typical daily diet includes lots of protein, such as chicken and fish, along with vegetables and some healthy fats. I find that this combination gives me the energy I need to get through my workouts and the day.
