Pulling 225 up from a rack pull like it was nothing. I’ve pulled this before with a lot of struggling. Tried pulling this two weeks ago after a full workout session and completely failed. Last night, it came off the rack like easier than it ever has before. It’s ok to fail, it’s ok to fail more than once even, what’s most important is that we keep trying. Progress is on the other side of consistency!!!! 💪
