In the past I used to travel to Italy a lot, I also have spent a few weeks harvesting olives in my friend's yard receiving an extra extra virgin olive oil in exchange, it was fantastic. In the video I mention that I add the olive on top of everything once it's on my plate. I know you all would probably enjoy the subtitles, but I think you can guess the recipe and just enjoy the aroused timbre of my voice:)
