

Halo all, well no walk after gym as weather went blah lol. But, what I did today in the #gym was good enough. For my #chestday I was able to stick to the #pyramid system on the bench and today I set a personal record for number of reps total. My #tricepsday part was also pretty decent, the #benchpress aspect was far better. I’m definitely going to stick to this. By year end I want the 145 to be the light end of what I’m doing.
