Anyone who knows me can attest that it’s something I really am lacking in, I have more than enough #selfdoubt and #selfesteem issues to work on. So tonight I worked #chestday and #tricepsday at though it started slow I got to a great set routine before long. This wasn’t punishing myself for something I ate or wanted to eat. I celebrated that my body could move this way and work hard on #strengthening itself.
