


My Friday night workout.
Halo all, well tonight was a great #workout. Great rhythm, near constant of keeping heart rate in the 130-140 zone, feeling sore and accomplished after. So this was one I can be satisfied with. Combo of #shoulderday and #legday which I will confidently say I’ll feel in the morning tomorrow. But what better way to start the weekend than saying I’m sore from a great workout? How about looking at the scale and seeing that I’m now at 15lbs lost 😊😊.
