

IM ALIVE!!!!!!!! my panic attacks have been getting a lot better. I’m waking up with a lot of anxiety right now but I’m implementing new routines and finding peace of mind. Waking up and stretching, going outside and sitting in the morning sun and meditating. I’m going to start going to a gym gym (not a climbing gym only haha) and going to start running. The climbing gym I go to doesn’t even have a treadmill so that’s super annoying (the chalk keeps fucking their equipment up tbh)
